Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial tire market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial tire products, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote our brand.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Two – three (2-3) years of proven experience as a Commercial Tire Salesperson (Required).
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial tire products and the tire market in California.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

  • Competitive commission-based pay structure, with potential earnings ranging from $75,000 to $150,000+ annually, depending on performance.
